Rob, your daily surrender to the Holy Spirit as His vessel is a great example for us all. God wants to encourage, teach, comfort, and love others THROUGH us! I had something similar happem once but it was the rep that ministered to me. Sweet older southern lady (hmm does that remind us of someone we know?). I commended her over and over so that she didn't get in trouble. Thank you Rob!
